Important Update For Pre-Order Customers
All pre-orders have been shipped. Reviews are starting to come in. Share your review when you receive the product, and email us your feedback.
For second-batch customers: we shipped the second batch out in early June, but our third party shipping partner had an issue. The labels had a misprint. All orders in the second batch had to be clawed back and reshipped with the correct label, to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
The first shipment batch didn't have this issue. We sincerely apologize for the delay, and multiple emails you might have received while our shipper updated things. Rest assured your product was already shipped and is currently in transit.
All shipments are coming from our warehouse overseas and are in transit. For U.S. orders, the tracking shows it in Fremont, CA but this is inaccurate; it is just evidence of USPS receiving notice that they are expecting the package. Once it hits US port, the tracking will start updating quickly. We suggest you sign up for text/email tracking alerts directly on the USPS website with your tracking number(s). This way, you get updates automatically and you can ensure a safe delivery. In the future, we will have sensors already stocked in the US for quick and easy shipping.
For any international orders, your order(s) will also arrive soon, within another 1-2 weeks depending on your country of origin if you haven't already received the product.
